Two-day Financial Executives International (FEI) workshop provides financial professionals with the expertise and knowledge needed to excel as a preparer or reviewer of SEC filings. Participants will learn the rules of the road, explore the filing requirements and required forms (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), discover disclosure best practices, and gain insights from experienced SEC reporting professionals.

What You Will Learn:
- SEC Required Forms: 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K and the proxy statement
- Applicable rules and regulations
- Disclosure guidelines including MD&A best practices
- SEC hot topics: non-GAAP reporting, revenue recognition, the statement of cash flows, segments and contingencies
