Wednesday Evening Meditation
Join us Wednesday evenings for group meditation. Drop in anytime and sit as long as you wish! The session alternates between sitting practice and walking meditation. Chairs available for those who cannot sit on a cushion. Meditation instruction available. If new to meditation, please arrive earlier in the session for instruction from an experienced meditation instructor. No reservations nor prior experience required to attend. By donation. Welcome!
