Join Bayside for a special Scotch pairing dinner, featuring Glengoyne Scotch Whisky. The evening starts at 6 p.m. with a welcome cocktail – the Glasgow Mule, poured with Glegoyne 10 Year. Continue the culinary and beverage journey with a special menu created by Chef Paul Gstrein, which includes (menu subject to change):

• BBQ Eel: Served with sticky rice, soy caramel, mini coriander, and wonton crisp. Paired with Glengoyne 12 Year
• Charcoal Giant Prawn: With a ginger emulsion, shaved fennel and chili tobbiko, served alongside Glengoyne 15 year
• Smoked Duck Breast: with pure maple and shiitake mushrooms, caramelized yam and a five spice reduction. Paired with Glengoyne 18 year.
• End the evening with a Warm Chocolate Souffle Cake and hazelnut gelato, finished with Glengoyne 21 year
