DBSA Ventura County, the local independently affiliated chapter of the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), hosts a weekly, confidential, peer-led, self-help support group meeting on Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm upstairs in room 426/428 on the Bible Fellowship Church campus located at 6950 Ralston Street in Ventura. DBSA support groups are not run by professionals, but instead, offer peer-to-peer support which is an important component of recovery from mental health challenges for many people.

Adults can find hope for recovery in the building located across the courtyard from Building 300 on the Johnson Drive side of the church property. Ample parking is available. DBSA Ventura County support groups are open to those diagnosed with or suspect that they might have depression or bipolar disorder. Group members share experiences, answer each other’s questions and provide personal tips for successful living.
